When we exchanged rings, we hoped our family of two would grow.
It has, into a family of 4. We're just split in half.
Two of us walk the Earth while two of us fly in Heaven.

Last game of 2013

Tonight was the last game of the season for the Broncos. We played the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs and won 16-11. We also had Scott Prince play his 300th game and his last game tonight. David Stagg played his 200th game tonight. Peter Wallace played his last game as a Bronco. He moves back down south to play for Penrith next year. Our U20s team (affectionately dubbed the "Baby Broncos") lost but are still in the running for the finals.
After a slow start and an amusing moment in a scrum by captain Slammin Sammy Thaiday, we picked up some points. In the last minutes of the second half we pulled ahead to a 16-11 lead and ran down the clock. We ended the season on a win, even though we've missed the finals playoffs.
David and Scott ("Princey"/"Princess") had a ceremony commemorating their milestones after the game and all our boys did a lap of honor at the end. It was a good end to a "not that great but we almost made it" season. We'll be renewing our season memberships for 2014 soon. :)
