Grab a mixing bowl, a small spatula, some minced garlic, salt and pepper, some green stuff from your spice rack (I used basil and oregano), a muffin pan, some spray oil, some ricotta (I used 2 tubs, 250grams each, 8ounces in American), a jar of spaghetti sauce, some mozzarella cheese and wonton wrappers. I use the square ones as they provide a little bit of a handle to grasp onto when removing from the pan.
Plop all the ricotta into your mixing bowl and mix with the garlic, green herbs, salt and pepper, and if you like things on the spicy side, a bit of chili.

|If you have a 12-hole regular size muffin tin, use it! Or use two 6-hole tins. Using one 6-hole is a bit of a pain.|
Try them and see what you think! More accurate measurements can be found here but since I've made these before, I just eyeball things and go with whatever I have on hand.
